Static Friction

The force required to move something from a standstill is greater than the force required to keep it moving. That’s because of static friction.

So it’s no wonder when it’s time to go to the gym you complain as you drag yourself there. It’s difficult and takes a lot of energy.

It’s Physics. A body at rest tends to stay at rest – in front of the TV.

Our Website Nightmare

In 2005, we hired a local guy to create, maintain, and host our Fay’s Fitness website. He was reasonably priced and did a great job. He showed me how to maintenance the site myself and it was very successful at generating traffic.

We Back!

After a long pause, faysfitness.com is back!

As most of you know, our last site was hacked and the “Webmasters” wanted $950 to recreate.

Wasn’t happening.

Had to wait until I retired to create our new site. Fortunately the learning curve to create on WordPress is not too long.

I figure by New Years the site will be fully operational. Thanks for your patience.
